Florence, Founder and Owner
Florence founded Kids En Cuisine in 2014, after giving up an office life as a Human Resource Manager, she went back to school to become a chef. Passionate by food and cooking since her childhood, Florence decided to build her own cooking school designed for children and teenagers. For her, it is fundamental to see the new generations cooking from scratch with seasonal ingredients. In 2023, Florence proudly, became, a Disciple d’Escoffier in London on the top of being part of Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars.
Full of energy, Florence has an unique style of teaching which makes your children into cooking.
