Why Kids En Cuisine?
I have always being passionate by food and cooking since I am a child so I decided to give up the life in the office as a Human Resources Manager at 28 years old and restart a new professional life. In 2014, I finally found Kids En Cuisine, on the top of being a private chef for adults, to teach children, from a very young age, how to cook from scratch! Children and parents are joining my classes because we cook tasty dishes with seasonal vegetables and fruits. Our clients know that they are choosing professional chefs trained for cooking with children and will also get plenty of tips to improve their daily cuisine!
What’s going on in 2021 for Kids En Cuisine?
A lot of things! I am running Kids En Cuisine for seven years now, my chefs and I are still teaching classes in homes and in some of the top schools in London in weekly basis. During the lockdowns I have teamed up with Planet Organic and ran some live cooking classes as we couldn’t do anymore the weekend classes in the stores. Hopefully we are now able to restart in a normal way. (Check the weekend classes on the website and book online)
In the meantime, I have found a very big professional kitchen in the heart of Belgravia where I can host half term and holiday camps! So finally 2021 is not so bad! Just different!
What about your recipe book?
I, recently, became the author of ‘Cook with Flo’, a children’s cookbook where I compiled the best recipes that I have created for your mini master chefs over the years. By following me on instagram, you will find videos of my recipes and get plenty of professional chef tips in the insta stories!
