About Kids En Cuisine

Florence, Founder and Owner

I founded Kids En Cuisine after becoming a mum. Even if I was a good cook, got plenty of tips from my uncle who owns his restaurant, I decided to follow some trainings at “Le Cordon Bleu London” and finally  at “Leith Food and Wine school”.

In seven years of running Kids En Cuisine, my chefs and I are teaching classes in homes and in some of the top schools in London in weekly basis. I also have partnerships with Planet Organic where I run weekly cooking classes in their stores and Whole Food Market. 

 I, recently, became the author of ‘Cook with Flo’, a children’s cookbook where I compiled the best recipes that I have created for your mini master chefs over the years. 

Kids En Cuisine offers cooking classes focused on seasonal fruits and vegetables, natural and organic ingredients, aromatic herbs and spices. Children and families love joining my classes as we are all professional chefs, passionate by our jobs and we share a lot of tips that only real chefs know! 

The classes will allow your children to use various cooking utensils and help them to develop their fine motor skills. They will try new flavours and textures, learn through entertainment while becoming confident, creative cooks and coming back home with a real dish!
