Choux pastry

Typical French pastry that children and adults will love to nail!

Choux pastry is a light and airy pastry made from a mixture of water, milk, butter, flour, and eggs. The dough is cooked on the stovetop and then piped or spooned onto a baking sheet and baked in the oven. As it bakes, the dough puffs up and forms hollow centers, which can be filled with cream or other fillings. Choux pastry is commonly used to make cream puffs, eclairs, profiteroles, and other delicious pastries.
