Stuffed mackerels

Let’s work with some whole, fresh and tasty fish. We will teach you how to stuff and bring flavours to mackerels as well as cooking some sides.


Only over the summer, this workshop is the perfect one to bring you to South East of France. Florence will reveal you some secrets that she have learnt when she was living over there.
