Homemade raviolis (from scratch)

After the success of the online French baking weeks, chef Flo is back for new recipes. This time, she will teach you how to make some yummy raviolis.
For the filling, she will go with some ricotta and salmon but feel free to choose other ingredients and ask her the recipe before the class. She will give you tips to make your ravioli as you want.
