    Founder & Director

    Florence founded En Cuisine Cooking School in 2014, after giving up an office life as a Human Resource Manager, she went back to school to become a chef. Passionate by food and cooking since her childhood, Florence decided to build her own cooking school designed for children and teenagers. In 2023, Florence proudly, became, a Disciple d’Escoffier in London on the top of being part of Gordon Ramsay’s Future Food Stars .

    Florence believes that everyone can learn how to cook from scratch with seasonal ingredients for a better health.

    Father of two small children, I started working in restaurants before becoming the head chef of a secondary school in Mayfair.

    Passionate by cooking, I have joined “En Cuisine - Cooking School” to share my knowledge about food with your children. I like cooking from scratch with kids and enjoy seeing them happy after the classes.

    Gastronomy completes my life. I love studying the relationship between food and human civilization through travelling. Creating and sharing my recipes make me feel content. I have been a part time cooking teacher since my bachelor study in Hong Kong. It is my pleasure to continue this meaningful journey meanwhile doing my research in food culture conservation in London. Children are creative and full of potential. I love cooking and sharing the enjoyment with them. We are learning from each other in the process. Everything is worth with happy and fulfilling smiles on their faces.

    Believing in Educating children to eat better has been my motivation in catering for pupils the last 12 years.

    Having worked private dining, which has given me the knowledge and experience needed, to motivate students to try new food.

    Becoming an expert takes time and dedication, but with determination and hard work has help me achieve goals.

    A background in African food has aided my enthusiastic in middle east cuisines.

  • Jeremy Bouchet (Fr/En)

    I started working in kitchen at 16 years old back in France. Since then, I have been working in Michelin star restaurants, brasseries and wine bars as a head chef.

    I had been part of Disciples of Escoffier since 2017 which gives me an expertise in French cuisine but my personal preference is to transmit my knowledge to the new generations.

    Herbert N’Goran is a qualified chef with more than thirty years in the field of Ministry of Food: Working from the Great Hotels in London to Fine dining; let’s not omit his work and journey in the Education sectors – Schools, Colleges and universities; Gastro Pubs to Contract caterings and corporate Organisations. Herbert also built his catering business for wedding, corporate and private events.

    I’m a brand and website designer who has 4 years experience working with large scale tech companies and small independent businesses. I graduated with a BA in Graphic Communications back in 2019 and have worked full time in a design agency, as well as independently as a freelancer.
