Gluten-free chocolate cake

25 minutes with Air Fryer
Serves: 2

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 3 eggs

  • 80gr granulated sugar

  • 1 cup of flaxseed

  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

  • 2 tablespoons of soy cream

  • 80g dark chocolate

  • 1 teaspoon of gluten-free baking powder.

Utensils:

  • A blender

  • A frying pan

  • A spoon

Add a scoop of crème fraiche or vanilla ice cream to eat it!


Step-by-step recipe:

  1. Crack the eggs in the mixing bowl and combine with sugar. Mix until smooth, light yellow and with plenty of little bubbles on the top.

  2. Add the flaxseed, cocoa powder to the batter and combine.

  3. Melt the chocolate with the soy cream in a Bain marie or in a microwave.

  4. Add the meted chocolate and baking powder in the mix. Combine with a whisk.

  5. Oil a tin, pour the batter and put it in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 180C

  6. Eat it when still warm with a spoon of cream fraîche!
