Gluten-free spinach pancakes

3 minutes each side
Serves: 4

Ingredients for the dough:

  • 250g fresh spinach

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 cups of water

  • 2 cups of self-raising gluten-free flour

  • A big pinch of salt and black pepper

Utensils:

  • A blender

  • A frying pan

  • A spoon

Change the flavours by adding some aromatic herbs or spices to the batter!


Step-by-step recipe:

  1. Put all the ingredients in your blender.

  2. Blend for 3 minutes in full power.

  3. Grease your pancake pan with some olive oil.

  4. Cook, each side, on a medium heat for 3 minutes.

  5. Eat them warm with a mash avocado, olive oil and smoked salmon!
